Application:

Mix one sachet with a minimum of 200 ml of cold water before sleep.

This calming nightcap is formulated with Passionflower & Hops, ingredients that are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to induce sleep and relieve nervous tension.

Application

Adults: Mix one sachet with a minimum of 200 ml of cold water and stir to dissolve. Drink 1 hour before sleep. For a softer flavour, dilute in more liquid. Use once daily at night, or as directed by your health professional.

WARNINGS: Minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional. Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
