WHERE TO FIND KIT
Where can I purchase kit: products?
kit is available exclusively at kitskinkind.com.au, as well as in-store and online at MECCA Australia and MECCA New Zealand.
PAYMENT AND ORDER QUESTIONS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay.
How can I check my order status?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email email with a tracking number and shipment details. We endeavour to dispatch all orders from our fulfilment centre within 2 business days. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@kitskinkind.com.au
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australian Domestic: Typically 1-2 days via Startrack express, or 3-4 days via Standard Australian Post delivery service. We can also ship internationally - for all International enquiries please reach out at hello@kitskinkind.com.au
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@kitskinkind.com.au with your order details as soon as possible and we will do our best to process your request, although we cannot guarantee that we can cancel requests prior to them being packed and shipped.

I don't live in Australia - can I still purchase kit products?
If you are based overseas, but would like to purchase kit, please contact us at hello@kitskinkind.com.au. We will calculate your shipping costs when you place your order. We use Australia Post postage calculation found here.
The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?
We're sorry that the product you want is out of stock. Please sign up for updates on re-stocks on each product page - you will be notified via email when these products are back in stock and available to purchase.

Are your products vegan?
All kit formulas are vegan, which means they do not contain animal, or animal derived ingredients
What skin types are kit: products suitable for?
kit is formulated for all skinkind. kit is formulated to ensure all skintypes can use our products, however, we suggest speaking with your health practitioner if you have any concerns.
Are your products safe to use while pregnant/breastfeeding?

Do you test on animals?
No, kit does not test its formulations on animals.
What products are in the out of kit: list?
Parabens, phthalates, SLS, SLES, mineral oil, petrolatum, MIT, silicones, synthetic colourants, synthetic fragrance, animal-derived ingredients are all out of our kit.
Do your products have fragrance?
We treat fragrance just like we would any other ingredient: as an integral layer in our formulations. Our fragrances are 100% certified natural, with a functional first approach. Each fragrance is consciously selected for their mood-enhancing properties.
Are kit: products dermatologically tested?
All kit facial formulations are dermatologically tested.
Is kit: packaging recyclable?
Please refer to the recycling guide on our Ethos page for more information on how to dispose of your kit products thoughtfully.
Are kit: products gluten free? (cosmetic products)
Whilst we do not currently add ingredients containing gluten (such as oatmeal or wheatgerm) to our formulas, we do not claim to be a gluten free brand.
Are kit products gluten free? (the ingestibles)
Yes gluten free. The Maltodextrin is derived from Corn.
Where are kit: products made?
At present, kit formulations are all made in Melbourne, Australia.
How do I find out when my kit: products expire?
You will find a best before date printed on all kit products and cartons.
