Cultivating moments of calm is easier said than done when you’re juggling as much as Tom Adair.
As an artist, parent of two, and co-founder of Melbourne’s largest run club – All Ours – Tom’s hands are almost always full, but you’d never know that from his trademarked chilled-out aura.
Self-care plays a huge role in his ability to remain relaxed, even when things are feeling a little manic. For Tom, that care looks like exercise, family time, and nurturing wellness rituals that keep him centered.

“It gives you a moment to appreciate yourself,” Tom says of his routines.
“I feel the best after I've been for a run and after spending time with family... that to me is wellbeing.”
As well as his Apple watch, which tracks his runs and keeps him – mostly – on time, Tom’s kit of hard-working wellness tools is always nearby, ensuring busyness never gets the better of him.
RE:SET Hand Wash and Hand Lotion – each fortified with Tasmanian pepper berry and reishi mushroom – sit sink-side in his studio, getting plenty of use throughout long days spent “flat-out painting”.
Because running plays such a central role in Tom’s life, recovery is another critical part of his routine.
“Magnesium Oil is really good for recovery after a run,” says Tom.
Rich in minerals for muscle relaxation, Australian wild plum and arnica, Magnesium Oil post workout is Tom’s cheat code to replenishing an aching body.

Workout Wash is also always in his kit, an exfoliating cleanse infused with botanicals and adaptogens, refreshing mind and body after long runs and creative days.
Of course, these wellness practices aren’t just about him.
“Self-care as a parent I think is very important, to make sure that you can be your best for your kids,” Tom says.
